Civic Season Kickoff Party

Open to Ages 11-18. Come be a part of history while hanging out with other young people from your community! Youth ages 11-18 are invited to join us at The Hershey Story Museum for our Civic Season Kickoff Party! Civic Season runs from June 19 to July 4 and is a national event focusing on youth involvement in history and civic responsibility. This season also coincides with the 250th celebration of our nation’s founding this summer.

Celebrate these milestones at the Museum by decorating your own canvas magnet with a positive message for the future. Weather permitting, this activity will take place outside so bring a towel or blanket to sit on. The magnets with your messages will be displayed throughout the museum during other events over the summer. We will also enjoy snacks and play a game of historical Jeopardy for prizes. Be a part of this national celebration while connecting with museum staff and other people like you! Due to limited supplies, all attendees must email emweller@hersheystory.org to register. All outdoor activities will move indoors if the weather warrants it.e
