Beyond the Footlights: Hershey Theatre Backstage Pass

Be the first to experience Hershey Theatre after historic renovations! This exclusive event will include behind-the-scenes guided tours of renovated spaces, heavy hors d’oeuvres, wine, beer & a signature cocktail, dessert, and live cabaret-style entertainment with seating on the Grand Stage. Thirty-minute walking tours will feature rarely seen under-stage and backstage areas, renovated dressing rooms, new auditorium seats, and more! Tours will run continuously and are only accessible via stairs.

Silver Sponsorship - $1,000  (Includes 6 event tickets, recognition on event signage, 4 tickets to the May 17, 2026 Hershey Theatre Apollo Awards, and recognition in the HTAA event program)

Gold Sponsorship - $2,000 (Includes 12 event tickets, recognition on event signage, 6 tickets to the May 17, 2026 Hershey Theatre Apollo Awards, and recognition in the HTAA event program)

Platinum Sponsorship - $3,000 (Includes 18 event tickets, recognition on event signage, 10 tickets to the May 17, 2026 Hershey Theatre Apollo Awards, and a full page ad in the HTAA event program)

All proceeds benefit the Hershey Theatre Apollo Awards and Scholarship Fund, which supports local high school theatre students.
